New Partnership between Healthtech Finland and Upgraded association
We are happy to announce a new partnership between Healthtech Finland, a leading national industry association in the health technology field, and Upgraded association, one of the most dedicated and active communities for health & wellbeing startups and innovations in Finland.
With our common goals, Healthtech Finland and Upgraded will work together towards providing a vibrant industry community for sharing experiences and ideas, as well as communicating industry perspectives to decision- and policy-makers. Through upcoming joint events, the two associations will increase knowledge about innovative health and wellbeing solutions developed and produced by the industry. We believe in collaboration and making our voices louder together!
Healthtech Finland and Upgraded share a common goal in supporting the industry to develop safe, effective, and innovative health & wellbeing products and services. Regulatory knowledge is key for producing such products and services and for understanding the different paths to market in the fields of health & wellbeing.
Healthtech Finland has a long tradition of supporting the growth and internationalization of its member companies, by providing a common platform for industry discussions in three different regulatory working groups. Through this partnership, members of either Healthtech Finland or Upgraded will be offered a possibility to join both associations at a reduced member fee and will be invited to joint events and activities.
“Health technology is one of the fastest growing high-tech export industries. By working together, we can also help startup companies to grow. Our common goal is a pro-innovation domestic market”, says Saara Hassinen, managing director of Healthtech Finland.
“Being an innovator in health is one of the most challenging tasks an entrepreneur may have. One needs to wear several hats while facing multiple hurdles of the industry. Our main job is to make that path easier, and we can only achieve it in a joint effort”, Inga Chernova, director of Upgraded.
Healthtech Finland and Upgraded are both non-profit associations.
